Warranty & Exchange Policy

1. Please submit your official invoice & defect product/print for replacement.
2. Replacement will be made for the same item only. No change of design, size/dimensions, product will be allowed.
3. Please allow normal production lead-time for reprints/reproductions.
4. Reprint requests need to be submitted within 3 days from date of collection / delivery. Claims after 3 days will not be entertained. Original print order must be exchanged for reprint.
5. Warranty does not cover malicious or inappropriate treatment.
6. We accept reprints and refund related payment for the products orders. We are not liable for any customer losses beyond the value of the order.
7. Reprints and refunds are only extended for production defects. All artwork related defects are not covered by The Copy Boy warranty. All artwork submitted must be print-ready.
8. Due to the nature of CMYK offset printing, colour variation of up to 10% is normal and will not be considered as a production defect.
9. Each print run typically comes with an additional 1 to 10% extra print (depending on the order). Therefore, we do not entertain requests for reprint due to a few defective prints.
10. We reserve the right to refuse any reprint/reproduction/refund request.
