Roll Up Banner Printing Singapore
A roll up banner is a printed graphic that pulls out of an aluminium base and is held upright by a pole. It packs into a carry bag, sets up in about a minute without tools, and rolls back into the base when you’re done. You’ll also hear them called pull up banners, retractable banners or standing banners.

Choosing a size
60 x 160cm is the compact option. It suits counters, small booths and shop entrances where floor space is tight.
85 x 200cm is our most popular size. At 2 metres tall, the top of the banner sits above head height in a crowd.
120 x 200cm covers more wall. Use it as a backdrop behind a speaker or a photo point, or to fill one side of a booth.
Indoor use
The matte poster paper is made for indoor venues such as exhibition halls, malls, offices and hotel ballrooms. The matte surface reflects less stage lighting and camera flash than a glossy one, so the banner reads better in photos. Outdoors, wind can tip the stand and rain will damage the paper. For outdoor signage, use our PVC street banners.
Designing a roll up banner
The bottom of the banner sits inside the base, and the top is clamped to a rail. Both areas are partly hidden.
- Keep important content at least 5cm from the top and 10cm from the bottom.
- Put your logo and main message in the top third, where people see it over a crowd or a table.
- Use large text. A headline that reads well on screen at 100% will look small from 3 metres away.
- Supply artwork at the full banner size in CMYK. 300 DPI is recommended, but 150 DPI at full size is usually enough for a banner viewed from a distance.
- Add 2mm bleed on all sides. Our bleed guide shows how.
- Accepted formats: PDF, AI, PSD, JPG and PNG.
Care and storage
Roll the banner back into the base after each use. Never fold the printed graphic, because the crease is permanent. Store the bag upright or flat, away from direct sunlight and damp.

It’s designed for indoor use. For outdoor events, choose a PVC banner with eyelets.
Is the stand reusable?
Yes. The aluminium base and pole are reusable, so you can keep using the stand at future events.
