1) Billing Details:

-Company Name (If any):
-Billing Contact Name:
-Billing Address:
-Billing Contact Number:

*Billing details are used to create the invoice, and orders will not be processed without an invoice.*
*Repeat customers do not have to provide billing details unless changes to billing details are required.*

2) Print Ready Artwork

*Print Ready Artwork needs to be in the correct size that you require us to print. Example: If you are printing A4 Flyers, the artwork size needs to be 21cm x 29.7cm.*
*Scanned/Photo-taken and hard copies do NOT constitute a print ready artwork.*
*Artwork resolution has to be a minimum of 300 DPI.*

3) Print Product required and Print Quantity

*Be specific on your print product and print quantity.*
Example: 260gsm Matt-Laminated Business Cards, 300pcs.
A4 Flyers, 128gsm, 1000pcs.

4) Final Print Size (Example: 90mm x 54mm)

*To reduce processing delays, it is advised to state the final print size when ordering. Please do refrain from advising us to refer to attached artwork.*

Example: Our standard business card size is 90mm x 54mm. If you have provided us an artwork size of 89mm x 50.8mm, but did not state the artwork size while ordering, there will be an additional step involved to confirm the size of the artwork that you have provided.
